LET'S ENJOY OUR OPEN SPACES
KEEP OPEN THE BOLTONS FOR ALL
The land that surrounds The Boltons, Milford on sea is public amenity land. It forms part of the original planning consent in 1965 when the houses were built. The public has a right of way across the land by foot
Legal documents prove that The Boltons land, Milford on sea, is public amenity land which was dedicated to the public forever, to be maintained by Milford on sea Parish Council in perpetuity
We are a local community group trying to protect the open amenity space in The Boltons, Milford on sea. This land is under threat from a company who purchased it for £1,000 from The Duchy of Lancaster (Crown).
Some of us are residents of The Boltons who knew nothing about the purchase. The company who bought the land is Cotton Land Management (MOS) Ltd (not to be confused with the original builder).
This company has two shareholders and one director and is not a company representing the residents. Residents and neighbours have joined forces to ensure that the authorities take action to Keep Open The Boltons for All
